3. Ownership and Copyrights

The One's Legacy Collection (T1L): Once purchased, full ownership and IP rights belong to the buyer until sold.

Neglected Ghosts Collection: Ownership of the NFT is transferred to the buyer, but Neglected Labs retains the intellectual property rights. Ghosts cannot be used in connection with alcohol, pornography, profanity, or any non-kid-friendly projects.
4. User Responsibilities and Investment Disclaimer

Users are responsible for safeguarding their wallet credentials and ensuring the security of their assets.

Engaging in our platform, including staking, minting, or participating in token-related activities, is entirely at the user's discretion and risk.
